Harvest days Celebration at Old Sturbridge Village

Old Sturbridge Village, celebrating New England life from 1790-1840 is one of the country's oldest & largest living history museums, with more than 40 restored buildings on more the 200 acres of field & woods. Harvest Days celebration is a tradition. Learn to plow behind village oxen and try your hand at digging potatoes, gathering pumpkins, threshing grain, husking corn, shelling beans, harvesting apples, and pressing cider. Storytelling music, hands of crafts, milking demonstrations and stagecoach rides are also scheduled for this event. A delicious brunch is included at the Oliver Wright Tavern.

 

Depart the village at 5pm.
