Centuries before it became known as one of the world’s great vacation destinations, the Thousand Islands region was recognized for its power and beauty. Enjoy the scenery and camaraderie on the coach as we travel the highways of New York State. Upon your arrival @ 12:00 pm, you will board the vessel for a 2 1/4 hour cruise with a buffet luncheon aboard the vessel. A stop will be made at Heart Island to visit Boldt Castle. Begun in 1900 by Waldorf Astoria’s George Boldt as a summer home for his wife Louise, this mansion was nearly completed but never lived in, due to his wife’s untimely death. Departure time will be 5:00 pm after a satisfying day of enjoyment.
